So how does this work?

Step 1

Sign up to the event & order any merchandise you’d like.

T-Shirts & bottle will be delivered late September.

Step 2

If you’re raising donations for a charity then choose which charity you’d like to raise for and get in touch with them to find out what they need & how they would like it dropped to them.

You can then donate directly by yourself, ask friends & family to join in. Take a box & list to work for your colleagues to donate. Organise a collection point at a school or club etc.

Step 3

Plan your challenge.

Think about what level of exercise is right for you. If you’re new to regular exercise then you might want to stick to the base challenge of at least 30 minutes or 1 mile each day. If you’re already really active then up the time or distance to make it a challenge for you.

Most importantly makes sure you're enjoying the challenge and looking after yourself.

Look out for our weekly challenges designed to inject some extra fun.

Keep motivated - some days will be harder than others but everyday you complete brings you a step closer to an amazing achievement and the physical & mental benefits of regular exercise.

If you’ve been collecting donations then gather them up at the end of the challenge. Post your success on social and drop them off to your chosen charity

Your finishers medal will be delivered early November
