Move with Water Babies
October 2022 is our inaugural event - be a part of something special from the beginning, earn a medal, improve your mental and physical fitness and help a charity along the way.

By the way, you don’t have to be a client to enter the event, it’s open to everyone. So please share with anyone you think would like to enter.
So what is Move with Water Babies?
At Water Babies we recognise the good that physical activity can bring to both mind and body.
Move was originally an idea we had to set our clients a challenge but soon realised we could invite the whole country to join in and why not do some good for our local communities along the way?
In October we challenge you to Move every day for at least 30 minutes or a mile. If you’re already really active then you can set the bar as high as you like to make your own challenge.
You can Move anyway you like, Run, Swim, Bike, Walk, Climb even Dance and get your little ones and family involved too. You can do your daily Moves any time you like , from the comfort of your home or get out and about. It goes without saying that we do ask you to stay safe with appropriate caution. You’re responsible for your own safety during the event.
We will set some optional weekly challenges along the way which will be emailed to entrants and we ask everyone taking part to post your daily moves on social.

What about the Charities?
Charity fundraising is optional
We’re not asking you to raise financial donations but rather to donate physical items to your local food or baby bank.
Find your local bank, ask them what they need and clear out your cupboards of items they want and you don’t. Take a box to work with a list and ask your colleagues to do the same. Shout out to your friends, local school, clubs etc. It’s really easy and doesn’t need to be costly.
At the end of the event when you have all your donated items together, take them to your chosen charities drop off point. Don’t forget to post a picture of your donation on social with the tag #MoveWithWaterBabies
