Move with Water Babies
Our second Move with Water Babies event takes place February 2025 - be a part of something special, earn a medal, improve your mental and physical fitness and (optionally) raise some money for charity along the way.

By the way, you don’t have to be a client to enter the event, it’s open to everyone. So please share with anyone you think would like to enter.
So what is Move with Water Babies?
At Water Babies we recognise the good that physical activity can bring to both mind and body.
In February ‘25 we challenge you to Move every day for 28 days from the 1st to the 28th for at least 20 minutes or a mile. If you’re already really active then you can set the bar as high as you like to make your own challenge.
You can Move anyway you like, Run, Swim, Bike, Walk, Climb even Dance, get your little ones and family involved too. You can do your daily Moves any time you like, from the comfort of your home or get out and about. It goes without saying that we do ask you to stay safe with appropriate caution. You’re responsible for your own safety during the event.
We will set some optional challenges or themes along the way which will be emailed to entrants and we ask everyone taking part to post your daily moves on social.
