Plan your challenge.
Think about what level of exercise is right for you. If you’re new to regular exercise then you might want to stick to the base challenge of at least 20 minutes or 1 mile each day. If you’re really active then up the time or distance to make it a challenge for you.
Most importantly makes sure you're enjoying the challenge and looking after yourself.
